Our Story
The Parson's Palate, LLC originated in 2003. It was the result of
combined experience, opportunity, encouragement, and a desire to serve
the Lord. I have been a Baptist minister since 1977. One of my dreams
has been to do anything possible to support the presentation of the
Gospel wherever and whenever given the opportunity. I have a heart for
missions, evangelism, and discipleship. My personal involvement in
mission trips has been instrumental in shaping my feelings about
ministering to others. I have traveled to Australia, the Caribbean,
inner-city New York, Appalachia, and almost every state on the east
coast. Mission work in these areas has helped to shape my desire to
witness to others. I have seen the difference that participation in
mission work has made in the lives of my church members. Several have
been called into full time vocational ministry, while others have become
stronger leaders in the local church. My dream is to be able to assist
others in becoming involved in ministry by providing support for mission
trips and other ministries so as to heighten their commitment to sharing
the Gospel. I believe that if one participates in mission work, then
their desire to tell others will grow exponentially.
With this being our mission and goal, this company will commit 20% of
its profit to missions and ministry!

Special recognition should go to Mr. Phillp Bardin of Edisto
Island, South Carolina. He is the co-owner and chef at The Old Post
Office restaurant on the island. Phillip is the one who inspired me to
move forward with going into production. He has used both of the sauces
with great success on his menu. The Old Post Office is one of the finest
places to eat on the South Carolina coast. It is located on Highway 174
on the way to Edisto Beach. For more information or to make
reservations, call (843) 869-2339. Tell them I sent you. |
